Shipping Policy
We do everything we can to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
Goods will be dispatched from its current locaiton within 1-2 business days upon cleared payment. Delivery times may vary between 2 to 15 working days depending on the location of the item (London / Hong Kong).
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

In case of failed delivery attempts, the item will be returned to our distrbution centre in London. You will be fully responsible for the item until it reaches us again.
Cancelling your order
Before your order has been dispatched, you have the right to cancel your order for any item(s) purchased from myfashionbirdcage.com for a full refund.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform info@myfashionbirdcage.com via email before the date of despatch, clearly stating your order number.
Return an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and return the item(s) to us in their original condition complete with labels within 7 days of receipt. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. We will refund to you the price of the product less postage and packaging. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.
*Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. myfashionbirdcage.com is not liable for the cost of returning items.

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, name, address, details of the product, the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Upon receipt of your goods we will either refund, replace or repair your item.
If items are recieved damaged in transit the buyer must
sign for goods recieved damaged so a claim can be pursued failure may
result in any claim being forfitted by the mail company please note any
damaged items are returned at the buyer's exspense.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
